Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Ohiomint Tree Service works and how it gets paid. This disclosure lays out our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Ohiomint Tree Service Does

Ohiomint Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent tree removal providers. Ohiomint Tree Service does not perform tree removal, emergency or storm tree work, stump grinding, tree trimming or any other tree service.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Ohiomint Tree Service for calls, form submissions or other referrals it sends their way. Payment can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. Ohiomint Tree Service may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Ohiomint Tree Service. Each one is solely responsible for:

• Its quotes, pricing and terms
• The quality, safety and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of that provider's work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You are under no obligation to hire any provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check insurance, request a written quote and compare other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
