How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Ohiomint Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Ohiomint Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Still, let us know too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please understand that Ohiomint Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@ohiomint.buzz and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
